 1. Next day delivery when order is placed on Monday to Thursday before 12:00PM.

 - We will dispatch any orders placed before 12PM on the same day and this applies for the orders placed between Monday-Thursday, This means our logistics partner(DHL) will deliver the goods to you between Tuesday-Friday between 9AM-7PM. Occasionally deliveries times may be outside of the 9AM-7PM window, 

 - There will be no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday & Monday.

 - Any orders placed after Thursday 12PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched to you on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

  2. To be eligible for Free delivery order value should be contact us. 

  3. All Orders will incur delivery charge of £5.99 at the  checkout. 

 4. Please note Saturday, Sunday and UK public holidays are excluded from next day delivery. For example,. if you place an order on Thursday after 1PM then it will be processed on Monday and it will delivered by our shipping partner on Tuesday in accordance with point 2.

 5. Any orders exceedingly more than 20 kilos of rice category items will incur additional shipping cost of £2 per each 10kilo. 20Kilos of rice will be part of delivery when you spend > £49.99 as per point 1.

 6. SpiceBazar reserves the right to add additional shipping cost / or limit the rice shipping to 20kilo per order. Customer will be notified when additional shipping cost needs to be added or when order needs to be modified.

 7. Local delivery - Same day delivery available if you place the order before 12PM in the local delivery area of the existing SpiceBazar retail store as defined in the local delivery policy. 

 8. Local delivery - Saturday, Sunday and UK Public holidays are excluded from same day local delivery.
